Despite being a working harbour for the largest city in Australia - there are numerous good kayak fishing opportunities in Sydney. Starting at the entrance to the harbour are superior fishing grounds where species such as YellowTail Kingfish, Australian Salmon, Tailor and a host of other sportsfish can be caught. Further upstream, Bream, Flathead and Mulloway are available in abundance.
